"Christine's ability to put her clients at ease has been the driving force behind her continued growth"
My name is Christine and I like to make portraits. My path to photography was winding. It started at a young age with a foundation in dance which gave me a deep understanding for dedication and sacrifice for the arts, as well as an opportunity to travel around the world. With family vacations centered around the great outdoors, I learned first about landscape photography and a great fondness for Yosemite and the California Coast. Though I did not always see it, there was no denying that a love for the arts had a strong hold on me.
Chasing wildflowers and fall colors with my camera, I started down a road that lead to a freelance modeling career, a role on a production team creating commercial advertising images, and ultimately to working as a freelance photographer full time. My style has been developed using through an understanding of movement and posing in conjunction with the ability to go with the flow to capture people authentically. My photographic style and connection with my subjects has made my work desirable across many genres of photography. From family and senior portraits, to corporate headshots and commercial branding, my ability to put my subjects at ease has been the driving force behind my continued growth.
