Stanford GSB Professional Portrait Sign-UP

Hello! 

To book an appointment, please fill out the form below and use the calendar to pick a time slot. Contact information is required twice, to assign  a number ensuring correct image delivery and for booking purposes. Please fill out your contact info in both locations. 

May 11th: Appointments can be scheduled from 9:45am-4:15pm and will be located in breakout room P103.

May 12th: Appointments can be scheduled from 9:30am-2:00pm and will be located in breakout room G107.

A minimum of 10 appointments are required each day.

Each photoshoot will last 5-10 minutes and the image you would like retouched will be selected before leaving. All final images will be delivered by May 31st, 2016.

If time slots book up or the time you need is not available, please send me an email with "GSB wait list" in the subject line. I will send out notices of cancellations.
